General Policies

Overbooking Policy

In the event of overbooking, we will suggest a similar alternative accommodation. Transportation will be provided; no further compensation will be given.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations or booking modifications.

Check-in Policy

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM (14:00).

Check-out Policy

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon) at the latest.

Official Documents

A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days before check-in (H-2).
Payment can be settled at the front desk or via direct bank transfer.

Cancellation & Refund

All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once confirmed, deposits cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Rescheduling

Booking reschedules are permitted subject to room availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date and are valid for up to 3 months from the original booking date.
